If I could, I would have given this place a 0. My husband and I have enjoyed Too Jays for years; however, today was our first time coming to this location. When we were brought to our seat, we kindling asked the hostess if we could sit at a booth. Rather than just agree and take us, she rudely said " Well I didn't know you wanted one". That is unacceptable. Then, we waited over 30 minutes for our entrees on a slow Monday night, which we didn't mind too much because we knew the food would be great. To our surprise it was horrible! My burger was burnt, after I asked for it to be cooked to medium. My hamburger bun was flattened and broken as if someone has grabbed it and squished it. After spending 10 minutes looking for our waitress, I showed her my food and explained what was wrong. Before I could ask for anything, she cut me off, grabbed the plate, and said she would show the manager. No apology, no explanation as to what was to be done. After another 20 minutes the waitress returns with the food, but at this point I am beyond upset because now my husband is done eating and we couldn't enjoy a meal together. I understand mistakes can happen but there's no excuse for poor customer service. We will never return to this location.
